Curation.click provides content creation, social media management, and marketing support services for service businesses and professional brands.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
• Provide rights to media, logos, and assets shared with us.
• Comply with all applicable industry, marketing, and advertising regulations.

Payments

Pricing, billing terms, and deliverables are defined in each client agreement or invoice. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Final deliverables are licensed or assigned as defined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curation.click is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.
